this is just a restatement of the already known bug that
iputils-tracepath should place
tracepath
tracepath6
traceroute6
under /usr/bin and not under /usr/sbin.
The FHS clearly states why, in addition it is a useful command
for every user (/usr/sbin not being in normal users' PATH)

It indeed works in /usr/sbin. :-) But /usr/sbin is not in normal
users' PATH... So this creates a minor inconvenience.
