It wouldn't be pretty, but it should be possible to compile a 32-bit version of Mozart for amd64 using gcc-multilib and/or g++-multilib. That's what I did with smlnj, which only supports powerpc and i386. IMHO having a package that users can install is preferrable over not having a package at all,
