libfcgi triggered autoremoval of a lot of packages. libplack-perl is one
of the important ones of them. Dropping the Build-Depends: libfcgi-perl
will reduce the autoremoval set significantly. The bug triggering the
autoremoval is not address

Dropping libfcgi not only reduces autoremoval but also drop half of
libplack-perl features
The bug is contested by author.
