Bug#1100356: pipewire 1.4.1 released

looks like pipewire 1.4.1 (1.4.1 · PipeWire / pipewire · GitLab) is released. Waiting for this to land in debian testing. not sure if this will fix the issue, but noticed the following lines on the release notes from 1.4.1 · Pipe

i installed pipewire 1.4.1 from debian unstable and this issue is fixed. pipewire midi interface is working fine now
