Bug#1100189: Package to be removed from Debian

Hi, Since the pysnmp project has been taken over, pysnmp-lextudio should be removed from Debian. Therefore, I wont fix this bug, and ask for the package to be removed, as soon as all reverse dependencies are fixed. I already fixed vitrage, remaining is python3-snimpy for which I already opene
