Hi all,
now that it is trivial to make a container image containing cluster3
from previous releases, and as cluster3's merit is now historical, how

Hi Maintainer
cluster3 is non-free and is not auto-buildable, so requires a manual
rebuild for the Python 3.13 transition. Please upload a build with
Python 3.13 as default, including binaries.
