I've stepped on this bug on 6.10.6-1 and it seems that this
bug was fixed by 6.10.7-1.
I guess the following change affects us, but I'm not sure yet.

Dear Maintainer,
Bluetooth appears to be disabled after upgrade to 6.10.4. Issues seems to
affect kernels 6.10.3., 6.9.12, 6.9.10, and 6.9.9.
Installing 6.9.7 resolved issue.
