I created a merge request to add the new dependencies. It fixes the
problem for me when I run the autopkgtests on Debian Sid.
Please let me know if it's not the best solution.

I've been investigating this issue on Ubuntu and I believe I've found
the solution.
The "webrtcbin" element is provided by the package
"gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad", which is not a runtime dependency of
libervia-backend (only gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0 is in the list).
Adding it as dep

Version: 0.9.0~hg4294-1
Severity: serious
twisted 24.7.0 in unstable causes libervia-backend's autopkgtests to
fail. See:
