Bug#1078131: ripe-atlas-tools: ripe-atlas crash due to missing argument on yaml.load

Hi, I'm trying updating the package for other reasons (Nose removal), but I'm stuck with a weird problem. Build works perfectly fine with debuild but tests fails with git-buildpackage & on Salsa. Greetings
