First off, I'm sorry this took forever.
I've removed the transitional packages from src:ntpsec. I removed all of
them, not just ntpdate.
I uploaded with "low" priority to give this a little longer in unstable
before it hits testing.
Once it does, I presume I need to ask ftp-master to remove

The ntpdate package nowadays merely is a transitional package. Keeping it no
longer serves a purpose.
Meanwhile, the Hurd port still depends on the original University of Delaware
NTP implementation that provided
