git failed to build when binnmu'd for the time64 transition and also
in lucas's test build a few days earlier. This was filed as bug 1066794.

Not sure which tests actually failed (it's really hard to understand the
output) but also I cannot reproduce this locally in sbuild, with -j1 or
-j4 and with or without --no-arch-any.
