Bug#1063514: Broken links in the View Trends and the View Histogram menu

I found that, in the case of the Ubuntu bug, the issue was the --with-cgiurl parameter in the debian/rules file. I changed it from /cgi-bin/nagios4 to /nagios4/cgi-bin to fix this issue. Regards Jorge
