Bug#1047041: python3-lxc: Fails to build source after successful build

This seems to be caused by `./PKG-INFO` and `./python3_lxc.egg-info/` being automatically generated when the upstream source is imported. They don't exist in the upstream tarball, but something's generating them when `gbp import-orig python3-lxc_.orig.tar.gz` is invoked. And then during the build
