longer trivial to fit scrcpy-server into debian's android SDK of 23.
Even worse openjdk-17 and SDK 23 is a fatal combination to

Version 2.3 has been out for a while, and it's needed for Android
14+, i.e. the current version in Debian doesn't work with Android 14
anymore.
