I just took a look at this.
The new version of clap depends on new versions of clap_derive and clap_lex,
the old version of clap builds fine with it's dependency on clap_l
reassign 1025690 rust-clap

normal practice in the rust team when packaging multiple versions is that the
package with no version in it's name is the most recent version packaged, and
packages with versions in their name are used for older versi
