Control: tags -1 + patch pending
I've pushed a fix to salsa [1], where I remove libprocps as a
dependency. We are now depending on a local file called
'compat/dev_to_tty.c'. This was how it was done before version
1.3.5-0.1.
As a side-note. It is the header 'proc/devname.h' we used, which
isn't

The procps project is changing the libprocps library. The old API found in
libprocps8 is very diferrent to what is found in libproc2.
As a result, your package will FTBFS as the library name has changed as well
as the library
