Unfortunately, I don't think this is solvable within the Debian package as
Debian doesn't package OpenSSL 1 anymore. Additionally, Ruby 2.7.6 is no
longer supported upstream so we probably shouldn't support it (especially on
sid) when built using ruby-build here.

version for 2.7 branch)
