Bug#1003454: py-lmdb: Non-functional d/watch and new versions available

Control: retitle -1 py-lmdb: new versions available I have fixed the watch file in git; this leaves us with a new upstream version.

Source: py-lmdb py-lmdb scans GitHub releases but it should scan tags (which used to be shown in releases as well). Please fix d/watch for the new GitHub web interface. Please import the latest version to Debian.
