I have no power there... when I beg for something in 2014 it gets
eventually done in 2022.
I would also like to have a binary "crontab" splitted out of "src:cronie";
to avoid to have to manage this, but not enough will negotiate for it.

Mind you, systemd-cron now ships with a /etc/cron.yearly/.placeholder file.
This probably should go in cron-daemon-common instead.
