On the machine with a not working screenruler, we have this at the moment:

the getter and the setter for the property GtkWindow.has-resize-grip are
defined in the file /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk-3.so.0.2404.20 on
my computer; the last message reported before the crash
