Bug#595321: new discoveries

I rolled back the config file and it started working again, so this is no longer "lighttpd silently fails to start" but "lighttpd silently fails to start with some config settings". Still trying to figure out what exactly caused this. This probably merits a downgrade in the severity of this bug, w
