I would like to confirm this bug and fix.
change the stunnel5.conf file from
chroot = /var/lib/stunnel/
TO
chroot = /var/lib/stunnel4/
does the trick.

I've two Debian installations, both with Ruby 1.8 packages.
One includes the methods of mathn in the 'ri' docs.
One does not.
This file is a part of the libruby1.8 package which is installed on
both.
