Actually, wodim -fix doesn't seem to do anything on Blu-ray. This needs to be
added too.
It seems nothing for Linux exists to finalize Blu-ray discs so far

-fix still sets the maximum speed, even though it should set the lowest
possible speed.

I endorse this feature, but it seems this requires root access. If this is
implemented, the program should try it but not exit with an error if re-binding
the drive fails.

Read-only operations like wodim -prcap should not require exclusive access. The
same goes for isoinfo.
