It appears to depend on the 'pypy' package now. Installing that fixed the issue
(though the "'import site' failed" warning is still there).

Sorry, I didn't realize munin 2 still allowed the old non-cgi graphing
method.
libapache2-mod-fcgid only works for apache2; those of us running some
other httpd still need libcgi-fast-perl.
