Yes, but I see it as even worse then that... As I see it, the admin chooses
which package to install, the subscribers choose to subscribe to the
organisation/whatever. As almost all mailing lists will have someone from
{yahoo, hotmail, gmail} in the list, virtually all lists, and thus users of

On further checking I see the bug already filed under ruby-sass, I don't know
how I managed to miss it before. So you can mark this as a dupe.
