I set "Element mic boost" "volume" to "zero" instead of "0" and it works : I
can increase the input volume level up to 153%.

Capture bar level is 100. When Mic boost bar level is 0, the microphone is

I tried your pactl command. The result is the same than through pavucontrol
graphical tool. There is another puzzling feature : the decibel measure is
negative. Below my pavucontrol screen.
