I attempted to reproduce and document exactly what happened but
couldn't; I was unable to get the installer to mount the CD as
I had before.
Using expert26 and going through the "Detect and Mount CD-ROM" step I
unchecked the ata_piix module from the "Modules to load" list. I never
used a
