By git bisect on linux-stable kernel tree I got to commit 0c8b7991f40d
ata: libahci: Correct setting of DEVSLP register
This suggested future research and I realized, that laptop-mode-tools
sets drivers to lowest power mode which has setting
BATT_SATA_POLICY=min_power
in /etc/laptop-mode/conf.d/in
Update: Vim (or terminal emulator - terminology) is also affected by
this. When filling the bugreport, vim repeatedly freezed and then
rendered new letters in wrong place (Ctrl-L was quick-fix). I did not

This was created by invoking 'reportbug -d', thus I assumed,
that this won't reach debian servers. Corrected version of

Zipnote fails to update archive. The fail is caused by fclose(x), where 'x'
is either undefined or already closed. Simple patch follows.

My mtab then contains following line for each mount:

Then I cannot umount this as user:
$ umount /mnt/router
