Bug#827506: developments

Hi I have now installed later drivers and kernel from the testing repo. Kernel is now linux-image-4.6.0-1-amd64 version 4.6.2-2 loaded also is i956-va-driver version 1.7.1-1 I hope  I've got things right now. The symptoms persist.

Hi Sorry to do this and the timing just fell this way. The 7 year old HD on the box started giving signs of problems so I loaded Squeeze on a new HD and that bug is still there. I have more info and haven't loaded anything over Squeeze (yet) I booted into recovery mode and then tried to run start
