the mh-e command mh-mml-secure-message-encrypt does NOT encrypt anymore.
it just writes a header but leaves the message as it is. it still is able
to decrypt messages. this is a severe security violation! today i've sent a
message unencrypted which

segfault if no completion is possible. e.g. there is no rpcclient command
