I have install it from backports.
This feature doesn't work too on wireshark Version 1.10.7
(v1.10.7-0-g6b931a1 from master-1.10)
The key is accepted, but often dissapear from configuration. Key is
valid but ethernet packets was not decoded.

When trying to add WPA-PSK raw decryption key to decode IEEE 802.11 LLC
packets, always get "invalid key format"
It doesn't work also when WPA-PWD passphrase contains ':'
I think it's parsing error.
