We can use lttng-tools without the kernel tracer (lttng-modules), so we should
not depend on it.

The source of the problem is that the default version of gcc is now 4.5
but the default for gcj-jdk is still 4.4, so gcc cannot find the jni.h
header.

The error seems more related to JNI.

Make sure Sun Java or GJC is installed and that this header file exists in the
