ady to unstable and later migrated to buster-backports
? That would allow an installation from unstable until buster-backports is
there.

I need to migrate my v3 puppetmaster to v4 soon and am wondering when
puppetdb could make it into debian. Or if it's worth waiting for it or
using puppetlabs packages for now.
