Bug#502375: Why not just update the modules deb?

I am sorry if this may sound naive .. but why not just update the modules package? That would get rid of all the command line stuff. I was able to build the module from source without reading this bug, but I think most users would prefer to just get updated packages along with virtualbox-ose.
