Bug#323214: apt-show-versions: Use defaultrelease as first official_releases

is run, it shows a lot less packages than `apt-get upgrade` proposes to update. This could be fixed by automatically putting the 'Default-Release', from the config file, as first item in the @official_releases array. I did this manually and now the behavior is correct. Greetings, Tias -
