uess we'll have to carry this patch. I suppose it will have to be
added to the xorg Debian package as well, at some point?
Cheers,

Amazing debugging skills!
The patch
ng bus. For PCI graphics
cards it's something like
../../../bus/pci
and for VESA/EFI framebuffer devices it's
../../../bus/platform
That's more correct, reliable and also keeps the correct organization of
the devices within the kernel.

"devices/pci" is matched in the symlink.

Fritzing searches for it's data in the same directory as it's binary.
This will be fixed in the next release.
Until then a patch like this will fix the problem:

Thanks for fixing this bug. I'll try it out as soon as the next Debian
release comes out.

Hi
I'm sorry, I can not create a simple test that triggers this bug. I
guess this is related to the complex build environment on my system
(involving LLVM and some custom compiler passes). Also I cannot send you
the binary for various (legal, etc.) reasons.
Anyway, I've been contacted by Arnaldo
Hi there!
Please fix this bug. It is nothing but annoying and distracts from the
real error messages. For your convenience, a patch is attached.
