Over month I seen that the logfiles on the second block (all files) will
not rotated.
I have seen that the files was scanned from the logrotated (
/var/lib/logrotate/status ) and a manual logrotate with
(logrotate -v /etc/logrotate.conf) wite down that not file

The original rsyslog package will bring a default logrotate config file.
Its separated in two blocks. In the second block is a additional key
"sharedscripts" included. it causes the logrotate daemon will not rotate
the couple on logfiles.
