No, apache2.0 uses the APR 0.9 branch for API/ABI compatability reasons.

Apache has no knowledge of mod-perl2;
simply remove /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/perl.conf for a quick fix.

No objection, but note there is already packaging done in the project-utopia
project on alioth, and i've not uploaded simply because I don't think NM is
ready to be uploaded.
