Hi,
when /var/lib/mcelog is empty at the time your purge the package, it gets
deleted first by dpkg, and then postrm fails here:
rmdir --ignore-fail-on-non-empty /var/lib/mcelog
Imho, you should check for that situation like so "=>":

Hi,
using schroot in sid (or etch), it is easy to create a configuration
that writes out of device boundaries (while I guess the real problem is
in device mapper); on a 2.6.24 system, it freezed the whole system (no

Argl, what a bummer ;(. For simplicity, -4 will have this patch
disabled, and will close the bug.
Re-open if that does not fix the problem, but it smells jus
ts (env, wd) w/o
experiencing the bug.
To minimize some possible side-effects (env mainly), could someone try
w/ a freshly made test user on the remote side?

I have just successfully tested remote displaying using "ssh -X" (on
both, an amd64 and a i386 etch) -- which also uses the ~/.Xauthority
file afaik.
What exactly do I have to do to reproduce this?

Hi,
when using SIGNCHANGES and the -u flag together, paths for CHFILE and

Hi,
this breaks static linking using "-all-static" with libtool in

into the explicit *so file names, which results in a non-usable
