at we can apply it to Debian before Stretch?
It works for me, thanks a lot for the hard work!

So my understanding is that it is the wrong decoder which is chosen,

Hi,
I think this bug is fixed by the recently provided package for usbmuxd.

My phone has no such code and the pairing does stillnot work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Has the bug been reported upstream?

Well, normally that should not be a problem since the old log is renamed
before being compressed, if I understand things correctly

Ah, this time I could reproduce the bug: I was on the wrong network,
that's why it didn't work before...

Hmm! I just tried and now the thing is working...
I'm sorry.
Will retry later.
Could it be that a too slow connection is the cause for the problem ?
Sherab.
Dear Joey,
many thanks for our interest in this problem and sorry for the late
response.

Done. As a newbie to Haskell, I found it not very straightforward to
build the binary. Here is how I did

Yes yes

The problem indeed seems somhow network related: I tried from another
network a
Dear Joachim,
thanks a lot for your prompt response.

Yes. Cabal creates a default configuration file and says it's
downloadling the list of packages and then after some time
debugging this, so if you
can't reproduce the bug yourself, I'd appreciate any advice on how to
help debugging since I do'nt know where to start / look.
Thanks,
Shérab.
