'make-kpkg --initrd kernel_image' on a newly set up lenny system,
following error occurs:

I am now running a second setup of etch with OpenVZ. However, this

Hello,
I just installed vzctl on another new debian installation and found
out that the second error in my 382666 bug report has not been fixed
in -3:
The directory /var/lock/subsys does not exist. Setting up a lock in
this directory produces an error.

In /etc/vz/dists/scripts/postcreate.sh in line 32 /bin/awk is
specified. This file/link does not seem to be present in Etch by
default.
Usual location for awk seems to be /usr/bin/awk pointing to whichever
version is installed.

I'd like report at least two errors which are both in the script
/etc/init.d/vz. There might be more similar errors in the script - I
did not take a closer look.
