Bug#840252: Resolved
After working with Lenovo, I identified faulty keyboard hardware as the source of the issue. Replacing the keyboard has completely resolved the bug.
Bug#840252: Keyboard issues begin when I am presented with the LUKS unlock screen at boot.
The issue begins early in the boot process, when I am asked to enter my LUKS password to unlock my disk. I have also noticed my pointer will sometimes freeze after I suspend. Thanks.
