Work is in progress. I have already managed to build the v3.0.1
package.
bian-packets/instead-debian-packets/commit/dbd25fcbba9ef11b534d63721b1c0c8da43139be
. It's still a hack, but do the trick for us.
I'll try to ask Peter Kosyh (INSTEAD's author) to fix this in upstream
(in next version).

When "gtk2-engines-oxygen" package installed, GTK2 applications (like
"iceweasel" etc.) don't use GTK2 engines for look'n'feel like KDE apps.
I have found workaround -- to create symbolic link at home directory:
