debian stubborns to install openconnect in /sbin (not /bin).
Regular user is required to tune $PATH while running gp-saml-gui
with --sudo-openconnect flag.

of start-stop-daemon distributed by openrc (in /usr/lib/rc/sbin/)
would not start sshd due to the following error:
