When installing the "new" package libaio1t64 package in Debian testing
or Ubuntu Noble, the previously available libaio.so.1 file/symlink is no
longer available. This effectively breaks non-debian built package like
for exam

In Debian buster, gcc-6 and gcc-8 suffer from the binary incompatibility
found in PR87822 https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=87822
You can try by compiling this simple snippet on x64 which should not
return any error:
