Linode doesn't provide /lib/modules/kernel-linode/modules.builtin, but

I guess this could be fixed in systemd as well.
The fixes are either systemd-modules-load.service shouldn't require
modules.builtin, or netfilter-persistent.service shouldn't depend
systemd-modules-load.service.
