Addendum to the most recent submission of the vnstat package (2.4-0.1)
to mentors is that the correct Vcs path for this particular build is a
fork of the vnstat repo maintained by Christian Göttsche, with the repo

Hi Christian,
Thank you for your message and very glad to hear that your personal
matters have been resolved sufficiently that you can continue with your
maintainership of vnstat (and also logrotate).
It has been an enjoyable couple of weeks of learning for me relative to
the art of packaging for

(unintended) slightly incorrect approach relative the intention of
getting a newer vnstat into Debian repos.
