For me the same:
chrome://bookmarks/, chrome://downloads/, chrome://history/ are broken.
Version 93.0.4577.82 (Entwickler-Build) built on Debian bookworm/sid,
running on Debian bookworm/sid (64-Bit)

Package: catfish
Version: 1.4.4-1
Followup-For: Bug #776798
Dear Maintainer,
I cannot confirm the bug. Catfish runs on my system fine like ever,
i.e. it finds files and closes properly.
-- System Information:
Debian Release: buster/testing
Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)
Kernel: Linux 4.16.0-3-amd6
Your suggested workaround made me once again have a glimpse on the
developer's website and there I found at the top of the FAQ that he
meanwhile has a respond to this issue, namely:
perl 5.26 @INC error If you get something like this instead of the login
screen
Can't locate bin/mozilla/login.pl in
;searchLoc=0&resultOrder=basic&multiwordShowSingle=on&pos=0>
it.
