Version 0.6.0-4 available on Stable doesn't support Blog V4 devices. Version
0.6.0-5 does. Could this package be upgraded at least to that version?
Cpupower (linux-cpupower package) is the natural replacement for cpufrequtils
and it seems capable of autoloading governors alone. I think all we need is a
systemd service and a sample config file for it, as provided by cpufrequtils.
