Does it happen if you use 115.6.0esr from upstream[1]?

I submitted a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1871155
I did some tests, and the original problem is solved (unresponsive after
the first image edited). I was able to edit multiple photos in a row.
However, there is still a problem with the dependency and/or the manual
symbolic link needed.
After further investigation, I noticed that the package libnvidia-nvvm4
was not installed on my system.
Installing It creates the libnvidia-nvvm files as described by Ole, and
creating a symlink allows Darktable to use OpenCL.
Thank you Ole !
I am not sure why this package was not installed
Hello,
I upgraded today to nvidia-driver 525 but Darktable still not uses openCL.
I read Ole's comment, but could not find any libnvidia-nvvm in
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ nor the nvidia/current/ subdirectory
I upgraded today to v. 520.
I dont know if it is related to the previous problem or not, but I am
not able to enable OpenCl anymore in Darktable.
"darktable -d opencl" gives the following output
[dt_get_sysresource_level] switched to 2 as `large'
total mem: 48101MB
mipmap cache:
This bug can be closed.
That was an hardware problem. Changing the card for another one of the
same model solved it.

I also noticed that the GRUB screen is not always of the same resolusion
every boot. Sometimes it is very large (might be 640x480) other times of
an average size, and sometimes of normal resolution (full hd ?)
I confirm this bug. The CPU is excessively loaded since last upgrade.
However, I did not notice a crash yet.
I face this bug too. Using stable (Buster) and gnome-shell

The new version improved things a lot, but I believe there is still a
problem even if the severity of the bug could decrease.
Using the stylist when all paragraph styles are displayed takes really
long (scroll, right click on the styles)
The style properties windows is at is normal speed .

Hi,
I cannot try because I sold that computer 6 month ago.
I think this bug should be closed.
Thank you anyway.

If we can't come up with a workaround, this should be mentioned in the
release notes to prevent a regression on upgrade. Please feel
wever the latter is applied only to Ironlake M (mobile). So either
there are two different bugs or there is some confusion about which
chips have the bug.

I installed kernel 2.6.32-5-amd64 and the problem does not show up, at
